Inner Radiance Retreat: October 25 & 26th, 2025
OCTOBER 25 - 26: We'll meet in my virtual Zoom Room (links will be sent in an email once you sign up).
We'll meet at these times (healthy bio breaks will be included): SAT, 10/25 from 8am – 3pm PT/10am – 5pm CT/11am – 6pm ET SUN, 10/26 from 8am – 3pm PT/10am – 5pm CT/11am – 6pm ET
You'll need... #1) a willingness to open your heart and be vulnerable (HINT: vulnerability is also your greatest strength). #2) a journal and pen. #3) equipment for a restorative yoga practice and gentle movement. NOTE: As soon as you register, you'll have access to a list of PROPS REQUIRED and a link where you can order any you need. When I'm guiding a pose, I also offer alternatives you might have on hand around your home.
You'll GAIN THE MOST BENEFIT FROM ATTENDING LIVE, in-person on zoom as much as you can. You'll always get the most out of attending the whole event and setting up support for yourself to do so. However, if that's not possible, the event will be recorded in shorter modules that you can easily and conveniently digest at your own pace. All materials will be downloadable, and you'll have lifetime access after the event. If you show up live, however, you'll benefit from SOME SPECIAL BONUSES ONLY AVAILABLE DURING THE RETREAT.
