WHAT IF you're already post-menopausal or have had an early or medical menopause?
Yes, Inspired Menopause is for you too! Many post-menopausal women experience discomforts long after they’ve stopped bleeding. And for all women, no matter when or how they experience menopause, much of the upheaval goes far beyond physical changes. Many emotional, intellectual, and spiritual shifts seem to surface during our midlife years right around the menopause transition and will continue to persist until acknowledged and healed. If you didn’t have the opportunity to process your feelings and thoughts around the change, it’s never too late. Whether you’ve experienced a natural, premature, or medically induced menopause, you, like all women, deserve to honor this potent process and personal journey.
WHAT IF you've started to notice changes in your body and cycle but you've been told that you're too young to be going through or worried about menopause?
Your intuition is wiser than any external source, and yes, Inspired Menopause is also for you! I can't tell you how many times I've heard that one (and I experienced it personally), and I'm here to bust that myth. If you suspect you're entering into peri-menopause, you likely are or will be soon. Many women surprisingly start noticing changes in their bodies as early as 35 years old! The average age to transition into menopause naturally hovers between 50 and 52. Some women go into menopause as early as age 45 and others don't stop menstruating until age 65. I believe it’s never too early (or late) to learn about menopause. And even *enjoy* the process. You could be in peri-menopause anywhere from 2 to 12 years or more, and there's no way of knowing exactly how long the process will last. That's the big mystery! Can you imagine going that long or longer without any information, tools to manage, or support? Wouldn't you like to feel more prepared for menopause?
