Spring Special
SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2025: Meet me at the East Immanuel Labyrinth for this nourishing women's retreat. East Immanuel is located 6 miles south of Amery, WI just off Highway 46.
We'll meet from 10am - 5pm CDT. The day will include some refreshing morning snacks and teas and a fully catered lunch.
You'll need... #1) a willingness to open your heart and be vulnerable (HINT: vulnerability is also your greatest strength). #2) a journal and pen. #3) equipment for a restorative yoga practice and gentle movement. NOTE: As soon as you register, you'll have access to a list of PROPS REQUIRED and a link where you can order any you need. You will need to provide all of your own equipment; however, any supplies for a creative project will be prepared by your retreat leader.
Lodging is not available as part of the retreat and is NOT included in your retreat investment. Once you register, a list of AirBnBs and Hotels in the area will be provided. It's highly recommended that you reserve facilities that are refundable and purchase trip insurance or protection if you're traveling a long distance.
Every effort will be made to provide alternatives for those who have food allergies or sensitivities. It will be the participant's responsibility to provide this information to the retreat leader.
I get how hard it can be to take time away from your family. I've been there. The real question is what's the cost of not spending time nourishing yourself? How will that affect your family? And if you come home refreshed and renewed, how will that impact you and your family's health? Only you have the answer; I'll help you find it when we meet.
Weather in the Amery area in May can vary greatly. While the occasional and rare snow flakes have fallen in May, warm weather could also spike. Our best recommendation is to check the weather forecast just before you pack and bring a variety of layers, as well as an umbrella and raincoat. We will also have the Outdoor Chapel and Community Space inside East Immanuel for our use.
Contact Cindi directly at [email protected].
Or text her at 715-417-1756.
We will welcome up to 12 participants into Spring Sanctuary. Due to the limited space, registrations are non-refundable. Credits may be issued under extenuating circumstances and can be negotiated with your retreat leader.
