FAQs about the Vibrant Woman Program

  • When are the women's circles and how long are they?

    Most of the circles, including Sunday gatherings, Summer Shine, masterminds and oracle parties, and Inspired Menopause are each 2 hours in length and are held online. The day-long virtual retreats are typically about 7-8 hours long. Weekend virtual retreats are 14-20 hours over the course of 2-3 days with healthy breaks and time for integration.

  • How much time will the inner circle require?

    If you participated in every possible event throughout the year, an average of 2.25 hours per week is required for the inner circle. Some weeks will require more time such as when there’s a retreat, while others will meet the average. Any private time will be in addition to the basic circle requirements.

  • How much time outside of circle should I expect to commit?

    That will depend upon you. You can commit to as little or as much time outside of circle as you like, however, your results will be proportional to how much time you practice.

  • What if I can't make all the circles live?

    You’ll get the most benefit and deepest results from attending as many events live as possible. If you can’t make a circle, however, you’ll find a replay uploaded into your course portal within 24-72 business hours or 2-4 business days.

  • What kind of equipment will I need?

    Equipment needed will be similar to what was required at the Inner Radiance Retreat. A complete list will be provided upon registration as well as a link to purchase any needed items. Cindi also makes every effort to help you determine what you might already have on hand at home that can work until you can invest in all of the necessary equipment.

  • What will I need to do to prepare for my Sacred Self-Care Sessions?

    You will want to set aside some time before each of your Sacred Self Care Sessions to send Cindi an email check-in. She will send you an email confirmation and reminder to check-in a few days before your session. Updating Cindi on your celebrations and progress, as well as the support you need, is just as much for you as it is for her. Many women enjoy this process and find it helpful and encouraging to reflect on their successes.

  • What kind of results can I expect?

    Cindi likes to say "The magic’s in the practice!" There’s no magic pill or fix that will change the way you feel or shift your physical and emotional health. Again, if you show up to circle and continue to practice outside of it, your results will be proportional to your presence and participation.

  • What if I get part way through the year and feel like I can't finish the program?

    Before the start of the program, you’ll acknowledge an agreement to commit to the package of your choice. If you show up fully and do the work, Cindi guarantees you’ll feel different. If you think you can’t finish program, Cindi will meet with you to determine if another package is a better fit. All possible options will be explored to help you fulfill your commitment to yourself and your health.
